THE ROLE
PLC is seeking a passionate and dynamic Aquatic Centre Manager to provide leadership and operational management of our new Aquatic Centre and its programs, ensuring the Centre operates safely, efficiently, and in line with PLC’s strategic, educational, and community objectives.
In this full-time ongoing role, you will join a team of energetic, highly-collaborative educators and coaches, to provide a welcoming and high-performing environment for students, staff, parents, and the broader community.
The Aquatic Centre Manager oversees all aquatic programs offered by the College, including curriculum programs, Learn to Swim and Water Safety, squad pathways, PLC Aquatic Club activities, external hirers and community program delivery.

ABOUT YOU
You will hold a relevant degree in Sport Administration/Management/Science with an aquatics background, or equivalent experience managing another Aquatic Centre.
You have highly-developed leadership and management skills, including the successful recruitment, mentoring and performance management of staff, and a demonstrated ability to think strategically, analytically and problem-solve, and the aptitude to build positive relationships with students, staff, and the wider PLC community.
You are someone that our students and staff will look up to, ensuring that PLC programs are of the highest standard, and that a purposeful, cohesive approach to Aquatics is shared across the College.
